Last updated 23 October 2026. Again! is a lesson-recording app published by Akendi. This policy says what the app and its service (the "Again! service") do with your data.
Your recordings, transcripts, summaries and notes are stored on your device. The Again! service keeps none of them. Practice recordings never leave your device.
Only when you choose Lesson mode or use the AI features:
This data is used only to provide the app's features. It is not used for advertising or tracking, and we do not sell it.
To do the work, audio is passed to a speech-to-text provider (AssemblyAI) and transcripts and questions to a language-model provider (Anthropic), under our accounts with them. Audio is held briefly in cloud object storage that we operate until the transcript is returned. These providers act on our behalf to process your request.
Our servers log request metadata (time, path, status, duration) for operation and abuse prevention. Request contents such as audio and transcripts are not logged.
In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and usage records from the Again! service. Recordings already on your device are not removed; you can delete them in the app or by uninstalling it.
Lessons often include other voices. You are responsible for making sure everyone being recorded has agreed, as recording laws vary.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
